Memorial of the Holy Guardian Angels
The greatest in the Kingdom of heaven.
  • Zechariah 8:1-8
  • Psalm 102:16-23,29
  • Matthew 18:1-5,10

The Lord Jesus says that unless we become like children, we will not enter the Kingdom of heaven. We need to have childlike faith in his love and mercy. Jesus welcomed sinners and showed his love through his actions like dinning with Zacchaeus, and calling a tax collector. We cannot understand his love and mercy.

What we need to understand is that we can keep returning to his heart that is waiting to embrace us. He will transform us according to his beautiful plan. This is the invitation given to us. It is only in the fellowship of the Holy Spirit that we are able to walk in Christ. We need to have the same attitude of Jesus in us. God has placed us in his vineyard.

He wants us to witness to him wherever we are placed and bear fruits in the Spirit. Carrying the attitude of Christ in our hearts in humility we are called to serve him. Let us take the truth of our hearts to his feet and surrender our lives and he will empower us with the Spirit to serve him and glorify him. He will send his angels to protect us.

Prayer: Abba Father, teach me your ways. Teach me to live according to your truth, for you are my God who saves me. Amen.
