Friday February 11
Focusing on God’s love.
  • 1 Kings 11:29-32; 12:19
  • Psalm 80:10-15
  • Mark 7:31-37

Healings can be divided into two categories: spiritual and physical. In the same way, miracles can also be into two: natural and supernatural. Often people approach God to obtain healings and miracles. Often our faith is based on how far we are by receiving the particular healing or miracle. Healings and miracles are part of the ministry of Jesus. At the same time healings and miracles should take us closer to the Kingdom of God. Further, today we can some of us are deaf and blind, due to our focus on healings and miracles. On many occasions we fail to experience the love of God, in our day to day life; because we limit ourselves by focusing only on healings and miracles, hence we could fail to experience the love of God. God cannot be judged by healings and miracles. He is a loving God, who knit us in the womb of our mother. We were “fearfully and wonderfully made”. He knows our needs. Let us continue our journey with God every moment of our life.

Prayer: Abba Father, help us journey with you, in the midst of crises and struggles. Open the eyes of our hearts to see and hear your voice. Amen.
