“Thus, the last will be first, and the first will be last.” Matthew 20:16
  • Judges 9: 6-15
  • Psalm 21: 2-7
  • Matthew 20: 1-16

The purpose of human life is written in today’s Gospel proclamation where the Kingdom of Heaven is explained. Do we need to know how God thinks? Yes, it is important to discern the mind of God. God seeks hardworking men and women rather than those who idle. This is a valuable discernment for us because we have the tendency to take a middle path in everything that we do. It is seldom that we complete our tasks as smartly as when we began because in the process, hardships, rejection, sickness, and other burdens weigh us down and we do not run the good race with the same zeal that we began. Eternal life is the usual wage, which is spoken of in the parable, which is given to everyone immaterial of the time duration. All of us are uniquely called to a specific role in the world. We are called to live and work accordingly to God’s Kingdom values in this present era. God treats everyone alike and shows His mercy to those   to all who seek Him

Prayer: Abba Father, let my heart, mind, spirit and every cell of my body be sealed with Your Kingdom values. Amen
