We often underestimate how God can use us. St. Paul reminds us that we are capable of encouraging, teaching, and building one another up: not because we are perfect, but because God’s Spirit equips us. How could we bear witness to Christ? Patience in traffic, honesty in business, and willingness to forgive are a few ways. We are called to make Christ known to others. Jesus challenges us to be shrewd, like the manager in the parable. Not shrewd in dishonesty, but wise in how we use the resources entrusted to us. Too often, we pour our energy into things that fade: status, possessions, fleeting pleasures; yet hesitate to invest in relationships, mercy, and justice. Imagine if we approached generosity, forgiveness, or acts of compassion with the same creativity and urgency we use for our careers or finances. The kingdom of God advances not through half-hearted living, but through people who dare to live intentionally for Christ. Let us live wisely, love boldly, and serve faithfully.
PRAYER: Abba Father, make me wise, generous, courageous, and faithful. Amen.
