I am the way, the truth, and the life!
  • Acts 6:1-7
  • Psalm 33:1-2,4-5,18-19
  • 1 Peter 2:4-9
  • John 14:1-12

Spiritual life and practical service are not opposed but deeply united. In Acts, the apostles respond to tension not with control, but with discernment: entrusting service to others so that the Word of God may continue to grow. This shows that every role in the Body matters. No act of service is insignificant when it builds up the community in love. Saint Peter reminds us that we are “living stones,” chosen and precious, being built into a spiritual house. Our identity is not passive: we are called to offer ourselves, to belong, and to contribute. Christianity is not a solitary path but a shared calling where each person becomes a place where God dwells. In the Gospel, Jesus reassures troubled hearts. To know him is to become a channel through which his works continue in the world. As an act of love, assist at home without being asked, or support someone overlooked. Do it quietly and generously. May our choices help us to fulfill God’s purpose for our lives.

PRAYER: Abba Father, let your mercy be on us, as we place our trust in you. Amen.
